Manufacturing Facility
Sri Haresh Industries (SHI) operates a modern dual-unit manufacturing setup designed to handle projects of any size, complexity, or sector requirement. The facility is equipped with 20 advanced Arburg CNC microprocessor-controlled injection moulding machines, with locking tonnage ranging from 35 to 450 tons, capable of producing components from 1 gram to 3 kilograms with remarkable precision and repeatability.
Our in-house tool room supports complete mould design, development, modification, and maintenance, enabling seamless transition from concept to finished product. The facility layout is optimised for lean operations, with clearly defined zones for raw material storage, assembly, inspection, and dispatch, ensuring an organised, efficient, and high-quality workflow.
In addition to injection moulding, SHI designs and manufactures custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) — intelligent, high-precision systems engineered to improve production efficiency and automate specialised tasks. These capabilities allow us to provide end-to-end, integrated manufacturing solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
